We are based in Watauga but we service the entire Dallas and Fort Worth
areas.
If more convenient, you are welcome to schedule an appointment to
drop off at our office. We also accept shipments.
Our appointments book quickly for pick-ups. In order to provide you with the earliest appointment available, please call or email us as soon as possible.

Pick ups are scheduled Monday - Friday between 9am and 4pm.

Preparing for your appointment:
When we arrive we are looking to be able to remove your equipment as quickly as possible.
Please make sure:
- All equipment is unplugged. Secure loose items in a trash bag, box, etc.
- All equipment must be consolidated in one area of the pick up site. If the equipment is not consolidated we will ask you to reschedule your appointment when you are ready.
- Please provide us with an accurate count of the items we are picking up. Please note we schedule multiple appointments daily based on these counts. If we arrive and your appointment count is excessively more, we will only pick up the initial items and then reschedule for the remainder. This allows us to keep our commitments to all customers daily.
Our goal is to be in and out of your home or office as quickly as possible. By helping us we can help you more efficiently. Thank you for your understanding.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations without a 48 hour notice will incur a cancellation fee. If the client wishes to reschedule, this fee will be applied to the new appointment.
Payment:
If you are recycling items and a fee is required, we accept cash or credit card payments.
