About Us

Our company is based on the belief that our customers' needs are of the utmost importance. Our entire team is committed to meeting those needs.

As a result, a high percentage of our business is from repeat customers

and referrals.

Our goal is to provide a means to reduce electronic waste in the landfill stream by providing a more efficient electronic recycling and computer recycling process.

We offer:

  • - Per our company policy, all undamaged, unaltered hard drives are degaussed using a Garner HD3-WXL DegausserOur process meets government mandates and is compliant with:

HIPAA (Health Information and Portability Act)

NIST (National Institute of Standards and Technology) Guidelines for Media Sanitization

NIST SP 800-36

NIST SP 800-88

PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry) Data Security Standard

PIPEDA (Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act)

GLBA (Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act)

California Senate Bill 1386

Note: Hard drives degaussed at our facility are serviced at no charge. Other storage devices such as tapes cannot be degaussed and require shredding for a fee. Please contact us for a quote regarding these devices.

- If preferred, we can utilize our mobile degaussing unit and process your hard drives on-site. A fee will be required for this service. Hard drives will need to be removed in advance from your equipment before we arrive to degauss.

- Upon request, we can tailor a certificate to meet your needs providing confirmation your items have been appropriately recycled. Please note our basic certificate is an inventory (count) of your items. If you or your company requires additional information, please let us know.  Please allow 12-14 business days for your equipment to be processed and your certificate emailed.

Note: ANY hard drives that have been bent, drilled, punched through, broken in pieces, etc. cannot pass through the degaussing machine as the pieces damage our equipment and don't fit properly. We will not certify data destruction compliancy on these types of hard drives. Degaussing is the only means to achieve the above government mandates.

- To schedule an appointment, we will need a count of the number of items you have.  All trash must be removed from your items.  All e-waste must be unplugged and consolidated into one area for pick up.  Computers and/or laptops must be present to qualify for a pick-up appointment.

We would welcome the opportunity to earn your trust and provide a

service to help you and our world.
